Hi , after a few problems  now  sorted, I am having  trouble  with  the  horn working, the two connector  to the horn show a blk wire ground good, and a wht/blue Nothing.the horn buttons show a 12 volt feed in  ,tested horn direct and it works, any ideas. Also tested fuses.

Here's the horn circuit - I'm not certain how the horn wiring is done on a Jimny, if it's air bag equipped there should be a clock spring, if there's no airbag then it may or may not be grounded via the steering column.
Leave the meter connected to the horn button feed and then push the button(s), the voltage should drop to zero, if it doesn't you've more than likely found the cause - there's no ground - finding how/where it should be grounded might be challenging, especially after a body off restoration.
Let's be optimistic - when you push the button, the voltage does drop, that would suggest a defective horn relay.

I grounded the horn button wheel cover metal to chassis and made sure it had an earth, pressed button but voltage stayed the same, I can't see both horn buttons failing.
