Maybe the same cam as on the g16?
My Baleno '99 have this sensor.
Because of me living outside britain making freight and currency costly, I have also used partsouq for genuine parts.

Thanks to everyone who tried to help — I really appreciate the time and suggestions.In the end, it turned out to be a cracked timing sprocket — barely visible unless you're really looking for it.If I had spotted it earlier, I could’ve saved a lot of frustration and pointless tests.Hopefully this helps someone else down the line!
The crack was already visible at the time when I set the timing but I didn't paid attention to that area.

Is pretty obvious, isn't it?
Any crack will lead to a "dirty" / incomplete signal fed to ECU.
I'll update when I'll get a new sprocket, of course.
