I've owned this car since May and just noticed the AC condenser fan isn't being powered, definitely my fault for not noticing sooner. The fan still spins freely from the suction created from the radiator fan. My first thought was to check the relay and that is when I discovered not only a missing relay but the terminals are not setup in the fuse box. Before I dig into this problem can anyone confirm if this is normal? Thanks!

Yokohama Geolanders, Sony head unit, NAUTILUS Air Horn, DRL conversion, Rear cargo space, Elvis Bobblehead, transfer Guard, Indian hanging Elephant, Koni Heavy track dampers, Custom SS exhaust, Voodoo Doll, Adventure Rack with LED ight bar, vintage ERIBA caravan usually attached (yes it's slow)

Here is a picture of my fuse box - 2009, ABS. AirCon, etc.
As to the fan it normally engages in a 10 second on / 10 second off (not 100% accurate) ratio when the AC is on. However incorrect AC charge or gas pressure can prevent it from operating. Have you checked your AC is still charged with gas or has it leaked away?

Thanks for the photo. I let the car idle for 15 minutes and the fan did not kick on. Doesn't seem normal to me. I guess next I'll check for power to the fan.
The system was low on freon when I found the car. It took a recharged but not to full pressure. Luckily the recharge did made the system colder but it's still not ideal. I recently identified a leak on both ends of this hose from the compressor and I have ordered a replacement. I can't find any other leaks but will have the shop check with UV dye when they recharge.
