I've not tried changing the shims on mine, but would the typical hook-shaped tool used for shim-on-bucket motorcycle engines not do the job?

Very good piont, I've asked a few mechanic tool dealers about buying the tool to do the job but they couldn't help, I've bought one for a Yamaha/Suzuki motorcycle it's very small but haven't had a chance to try it out yetBusta wrote: I've not tried changing the shims on mine, but would the typical hook-shaped tool used for shim-on-bucket motorcycle engines not do the job? www.mandp.co.uk/products/suzuki-valve-shim-tool-500596
