Grab it and pull / twist it, sometimes with over-centre plumbers type pleirs...
It's all rubber and the top end is mounted into a hole and the oonly thing holding it there is the shape of the rubber at the top, like this -

That rubber "arrow" bit invariably rips off though...

That's the rear one LambertIt should be a nut and bolt job the rubber part has a large metal hex built in but how much will remain after years of winter roads is debatable.
