Hi guys,
brand new proud owner of a Jimny, and very stoked. I have been adding a few bits and pieces and doing most of the work myself. I have installed a bull bar by AFN, it came with a set of integrated LED day running lights/indicators but very helpfully had no connectors or anything with it. Also, the funny thing in New Zealand is that it is illegal to have more than one pair of running lights or more than one pair of park lights on a vehicle. Fog lights however or “work lights” which are on a switch independent to the main light switch is okay though. So I am looking to piggy back off the park light circuit with an isolating switch, to a relay which then fires the lights. I have the basic harness set up but need to integrate it into the park light circuit, to do so I want to make a plug and play adaptor (exactly the same as a plug and play spotlight adapter) that just plugs in, rather than having to cut and solder. I’ve found the indicator plugs on Ali express but I cannot for the life of me find the park light connector type anywhere. Does anyone know what make and type they are?
