Suzuki manual for M13aVvt = 25nm.
That said the plug type used will usually have it's own torque figure or turns from contact printed on the box.

It will vary depending on whether the plug selected uses a tapered seat or a crush washer, and if it's a crush washer style, whether it's a new plug being installed for the first time or a used plug being reinstalled.
Crush washer is more common - from memory 3/4 turn for a new plug, 1/8 turn for a used one.
