abs pump

hi guys i got a abs light poped up on the dash and thought it was a censor , but i took it to my local garage who hooked it up and then told me is was the brake abs pump so i started to look for another one only to find my part number is hard to get , i can it would seem send my one off to get rebuilt at a cost aof around £200 the part number i need is 56100 81a11 any ideas or what do you lads do
