Counter clockwise? I'm not sure now someone is asking me. Just look at the direction of the fan.

Good idea , Just done the valve clearances, I've been rotating the engine clockwise at the crankshaft? Probably wrong? the fans not on, just put on a head gasket etc, big job.
Cant see any tell tale arrows on covers etc, cant find it in the workshop manual. Ill look at the fan and see which way the wind blows.
Unless someone can chime in, did I do it right by rotating the crank 360 degrees clockwise in between setting up the valve lash as instructed in the service manual. Dosen't say which way to rotate it, or I cant see it.
Ah sorry, I'll try and remember that for the future, not that I have much hope!
