Hi all does anyone have any experiences of hitch baskets like this...
rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A...2Fitm%2F173690900319
wondering if anyone has used it or anything similar
I need to carry a box a bit bigger than Jerry Can fairly regularly and didn’t think putting it on a roof rack would be ideal... maybe it is only option.

Looking at that it appears to be a receiver type attachment which is not typically type approved for the UK. Also it's going to add a lot of weight behind the rear axle which is not ideal. Personally I would look at roof mounted solutions as long as the total load is within a roof weight limit.
