Hi all
Has anybody experience at getting at the heater fan speed sliding control ?
I am assuming it's a resistor/ restate of some sort. Mine is currently only working at maximum speed and even then it's intermittent
Thank you
Dave

Hi Grasshopper, I had exactly the same issue and thought it was the controller/sliders sob aught a S/H one from EBay. While waiting for delivery I did a bit more digging on the web and found out that actually it's the heater/blower resistor which fails.
Ordered one of those (again S/H) from EBay. Turns out it's a really simple swap, look down near where your left foot is (assuming UK car) and you should see a pair of resistors in a metal cage. Twist it anti-clock and pull it out. Now refit in the opposite way. I now have all 3 fan speeds

Hope this helps

Thank you very much for that Eskimo, I am a member of several other forums ( bike related ) but none of them compare with the quality of membership we have here. Thanks again.
