I have been checking these items on the net and I am finding that the dimensions they quote do not make sense. They give three dimensions namely as length, height and width. The length and width are always the same figure and the height is different. Now on the radius arms the 2 axle mounting bushes dimensions are, the way I see it, a dia of 52mm, with the overall width using the bolt bush of 60mm and the bush length of 42mm. So the dia and the bush length is the size of the eye end it fits in the arm. So using their system they do not give the bush length. So is it correct to assume that the bushes they quote as having two dimensions of 52mm and one of 60 is actually the correct bush to fit the radius arms axle bush? They also give the chassis bush dimensions as two at 52mm and one of 66mm and call the 66mm one the height! This bush as I see it has a length of 52mm which is the eye end size.

Mine are -

A = 52mm
B = 58mm
C = 20mm
D = 10mm
E = 22mm
F = 12mm
G= 65mm

If that helps ;)

They are currently on SALE in my "Black Five-Day" Sale with 33% off, here - www.bits4vits.co.uk/store/jimny/radius-a...4vits/prod_1010.html

You sell both Flo-flex and Superpro bushes Dave. The Superpro ones are a bit more expensive. Are they better? Or just the brand you pay for..

I got a bit lost in your description but I just want to let you know that there will be two different sizes of the bushes as the bush on the frame side is slightly different - wider if I recall correctly. It has the same diameter though.

My understanding is that the width and lenght from your description will be the diameter and the height would be G dimension in S200KYS' post and this will vary.

Depends how you define "better" Tom?

SuperPro are better as they are one-piece, nice and flexy bushes...

My* / FloFlex ones are better in that they are cheaper and easier to fit by the home mechanic as they are two piece...

Some say two-piece pop out, but I've only ever had mine do that twice, and it takes some abuse my little trucklet ;)

OP (mickt) was asking about the "axle mounting bushes"... Agreed the radius arm to chassis bushes are different dimensions...
