just started ..............

when making a low speed sharp turn (90 degrees) left or right, on straightening out of the turn I'm getting a double clunk around the rear axle region.

the sound is similar to putting a lid down on a cast-iron casserole pot (heavy metal clunk)

1 second delay between the 2 clunks (asda price double tap  )

any ideas ?

thanks

Have you got a tow bar? My exhaust kept banging when turning a corner- fixed it by wiring it over to the left so it couldn't reach the tow bar to bang!

Sounds like you have caught my knock knock.

Always go for the exhaust first but are you 100% sure it is at the rear?
