New to the site and the jimny scene.
Right I have a extremely loud grinding coming from the transfer box and mega vibration threw the transfer box lever when accelerating. goes in to 2wd fine also goes into 4wd fine. Any suggestions would be massively appreciated

Is it standard ? know the standard t boxs suffer from problems with the chain also the mounts,possibly worth getting it onto a slippy surface like grass mud or gravel and put it into 4wd and spin the wheels make sure theres no wind up in the transmission off using the 4wd on the road worth a shot.

No not standard has lift kit and all that jazz been off road today and it just came out of no where I haven't a clue the noise is so loud

Its difficult to say without hearing the noise, how bigs the tyre's are you running a standard transfer box or an sj/rocklobster box ?
