NeHello all, this is my first post take it easy on me!
I have just bought a 98' Jimny and have fitted a new radio all has been perfect today my new aerial turned up so went about fitting it all went well put the radio back in and now it wont come
On! This clip has appeared which i dont recognise it is on my ground wire?
Tomorrow i was going to get a electrical tester and see if that will
Help find the problem! All fuses are fine! Any ideas?

Hi mate welcome, not all but most radios use the aerial as an earth so won't work without it, but not all,
Find your earth wire from the ISO block then put it to the body and see if it comes on, make sure you scratch the paint off to get a good earth, hope this helps.

I hadnt put the screw into the new aerial because i come across this problem just been out there and put them in and it works! So simple when your not stupid like myself! Thankyou for your quick reply!! Next problem is my indicator works fine then when i put the lights on the back light flashes along side the indicator but think this may be a ground problem?
Any suggestions? Just its due a mot end of this month!

Its not a good idea to use the aerial as an earth, you should make sure that you have a proper connection from the ISO connector to the bodywork. I don't recall where the earth is on a Jimny, on a Vit its a wire down to the centre console.
