Hi im after correct torque settings for g13b head bolts also the cam shaft clamp bolts also if possible the sequence. I had them all stored on my old phone but just got new phone and have lost them thanks sam

The torque for the head is 25ftlb then 40ftlb finally 49.5ftlb. The cam is progressively up to 7.5ftlb.
Order for the head is
7,3,1,5,9
8,4,2,6,10
Cam
1,11,3,9,5,7
2,12,4,10,6,8
