Headlight bulbs was created by Zee Zee Top
I want to get away from the standard headlight bulbs which as you all know are pretty awful. I want to keep it street legal so will use the same wattage. Looking on the well known street auto suppliers website there is a bewildering amount of "up to dar-di-dar brighter" bulbs but none give any real information. Even the reviews vary considerably. I don't want to damage the plastic lights with nuclear powered ones, just want a bit more light.
Any suggestions guys & girls?

I fitted HID lights to mine... bit of a job to fit and involves some modification the to headlight and also the wiring but the light level is huge compared to standard bulbs...
I think the xenon/blue light bulbs you can get over the counter in the same wattage (55w) are a pretty good improvement of the stock yellowish candle variety currently used.. SOMETHING LIKE THIS .. and are no more difficult to fit than a standard bulb..

Member Halford here has a discount code on his my jimny page. Which he bought from:
www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/suzuki-jimny-suv-2007-2008-57
I will be getting a pair of 501 osram bulbs and 2 pairs of H4 nightbreakers. I don't think you can go wrong with those. They have a road legal EU approved blue tint.

I fitted Osram nightbreaker unlimited to mine recently and found them to be a decent upgrade.
Just don't rush fitting the Bulbs- I managed to pull off the metal clip which holds the bulb in and took bloody ages getting it back in correctly whoops!
