Rather than using a mag mount I would like to attach a CB arial permanently to my Jimny.
I have ordered a mount to attach to the rear door which I will fix approximately half way up.
Question is, as I haven't tried yet, does the rear door internal panel come off ok? I had a quick look and couldn't see any screws so I guess it's clipped on. Do you simply prize it off?
Also is there a good way to get the coax through from the rear door to the main part of the Jimny?

The rear door just has one screw i think where the handle is and the rest with clips . A good pull and it will come off . And if you take the rear light out you should be able to run the cable through the grommet and down the side panel .
