I've seen someone using a sports manifold recently, which is just stainless pipes. I can't remember if that was on here or Auszookers. I think it was on here, possibly on a truck in My Jimny. It might have been on a single cam.

I would be concerned about slowing gas velocity - the simple alternative would be to use an earlier manifold without the pre-cat.
