Rear shock lengths/suspension travel

The Jimnybits springs seem quite soft although its a a bit difficult to tell as I have three bags of sand in the back to give me some down travel.
The Zanfi kit looks good but way out of my price range at present, I've put together most of my kit with used parts, relocating the rear shock mount looks quite simple, I did a search for a relocation bar last night and found that Zanfi seem to be the only people that make one, I'll fab my own to suit my shocks and springs.

The ORA (IIRC) used to do a similar bar to this...

Perhaps an email to them to see if they still have the drawing to cut them from?

Presumably that was to fit one of their kits. If I need one then I'll make one up to the correct size for my shocks and springs/bumpstops. The cutout in the middle is, presumably, for the brake bias valve, I won't need that as I have ABS.

LoL!!!!

Mystery solved! :cheer:

I have a bar with bolts like that in one of my 'Bits to go on the Jim' cupboards in the garage.
I've had it that long, I couldn't remember what it's for!

Thank you for the reminder.

This hoarding lark is getting out of hand.
Found some LED spot lamps in the same cupboard as well.

Must be the Altimeter Decrease setting in, or something like that.
Now where's my tablets?
"NURSE!"

:)
