I checked mine tonight and its sat at 1.275V while running, the FSM says that it should be less than 1.275V but I've just had a new cat and the fuel trims don't look too bad. I have a new front sensor somewhere so if I can find it I'll chuck that on and see if it makes a difference.

it sat at 1.25v but when I rev it it went down to .3v to .7v
