Went off road yesterday got the jimny really wet a nd stuck :S drove home 10 mile as was fine, even went out later on in it was still ok. Went out this morning and the engine warning light came on (still runs/drives fine) also cd player and lock not working, any ideas ???
Leave it in the sun with the bonnet up and windows open somewhere safe and hopefully it will dry out and work ok again.
Check the fuses for the stereo and central locking and to get the engine management light out, disconnect the battery for about a minute. Hopefully it will stay off. If the eml comes back on get a code reader to see what it says. It may stay off in time if you keep deleting it as things dry out.
