Help engine light on !!!

Hi every one hope you all can help me out ere . I went start my car yesterday leaving work and it was bit rough and also engine light came on I have already replaced the rear ignition coil about month ago , anyway so drove it to mates workshop and he scanned it and it came up pre ignition cyclinder 4 so then I decided to drive home because car seems to be running fine when I got home I decided to check the rear injection coil which I'm guessing is number 4 and as I pull the lead off that goes to front spark plug the lead connector just broke of inside the coil connection so hoping buy some new lead and maybe this was the problem any thoughts . Keep in mind I notice 3 times when I started it before that it ran rough for few seconds when I started it when cold ??? After that the car seemed to run perfectly fine any help be very grateful

There is no code for pre-ignition so I will assume that what you got was 'Misfire cylinder 4'. The coil pack is a likely suspect but its worth checking that the spark plugs are good and properly gapped. If its not either of those then you will need to check compression and also fuelling on that cylinder.

Hey mate I brought spark plugs 3000kms ago but they were pre gapped what is recommend gappage?

coil packs and leads are a problem
did mine and 2 months later the rear coil played up
+ there are 2 types of leads twin cam and single cam engine they sent me the wrong type
