cam sensor leak? was created by Mick C
G13bb rag top. Seem to have an oil leak from the back of the head. The rocker gasket has been changed and the cam sensor housing has had some fresh sealant on. The cam sensor is now the suspect - can the sensor itself leak, ie leak through the sensor? - if so I'm guessing it's new sensor time.

Try re sealing sensor housing. Is the housing cracked? Getty a mirror and torch have a good look. A lot of g13bb engines seem too leak, sometimes head gasket but yours has just been done hasn't it?

Yes James, the head gasket has just been changed - sorted the initial problem but now I've got this annoying oil leak. It seems to be coming from higher up the back of the head rather than the gasketed surface.
