Front axle oil seal was created by Swifty
To cut a long story short I had the gloop coming out of the swivel seal, I'd thought I'd got it sorted when I took it to a garage, it started to gloop again and never got around to taking it back, now it's actually dripping pure axle oil rather rapidly from the top of the swivel seal, I'm thinking it's the axle oil seal they didn't replace having looked on here.
My question is can I get the newly fitted kingpin bearing and swivel seal off and get to the axle seal without damaging them and having to put new one's on?
Currently the car is sat on my drive with an axle stand to stop anymore oil leaking out.
I don't have any previous skills or confidence with this but not sure I have much choice but to have a go unless anyone around the Huddersfield area is willing to come show me how it's done!!!!

I've go the same issue.. don't think I put the seal in right or damaged it doing it.. now its peeing out to the point I have jacked up the wheel and parked it in a paint tray!..
the job is fairly straightforward if a little messy - plenty of rags and patience should get it done..

Dead easy to get all the bits off. There is a How-To guide on how change the Kingpins which will give you the instructions on how to take it apart to get to the seal.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Yes, you can remove the swivel seal whilst the hub unit is on the car by undoing the inwards facing ring of bolts, and push it towards the differential.
You then need to split the steering arm balljoints so that the hub unit is free, and remove the brake calliper.
You might as well take the disc off to make it lighter. If you have abs the sensor has to come out, or the hub has to strip right down: basically you are on your own here.
Then remove top & bottom kingpins and the whole swivel hub assembly, with halfshaft will pull straight out.
(put a clean empty celebrations tub under the hub to catch the bottom ball race when it falls out.)
Replace the seal, and get someone to help you feed the halfshaft through the new seal (the splines can damage it if you do it on your own, likely what happened at the garage)
Hold the lower bearing in place with grease & faith, or pop it back just as the hub is going on and hold it with your third hand.
Put the kingpins back and reassemble.
There is a guide on here under information, but it dismantles a lot more than you need to.

I would have said yes....
remove wheel
axle stand make sure its secure no wobbling etc
Remove caliper and put somewhere out the way/secure
if you still have vac hubs remove the pipes off the hub making note of which way they go
remove the 10m head bolts for the swivel seal making not of the order and position of the way they go
remove track rod end out the hub (17mm nut i think)
Then remove the 2 king pins 4 12mm headed bolts top and bottom making sure you mark the king pins so they go back in the way they came out top and bottom
The whole hub assembly will come off including the shaft
make sure the kingpin bearings are safe as the bottom one will drop out
once hub etc out the way you can clean the swivel out and get to the axle seal.
once you have changed that re-fit the way you took it apart in reverse order obviously regrease cv joint and swivel theres a good guide on here worth downloading gives you all the torques for tightening.hope this is some help and if you were closer could have helped out

Cheers for the comments guys, I've got a seal on order but I need some other tools and sundries (grease, sealant)
If I did decide to take it to a local garage what's your views on driving it with low axle oil? My nearest garage is a couple of miles away.
