How to remove the light/indicator stalk was created by paulnb57

So, all is well after having the dash out to replace the heater matrix, except I now have permanent sidelights!!.....

How do I remove the light/indicator stalk, does the steering wheel have to come off? If so how do I get the airbag off?

I think I've probaly bent a terminal or something when removing the dash........

The sidelights go off when the key is off so its no biggie, but I'd like to fix it.....
