Have a look at www.4x4tyres.co.uk top right corner of the home page is the tyre size calculator which show size you have & size you want next to it with all diameters, wall sizes etc. and at the bottom shows how much your speedo will be out by at any given speed.

With tyres of that size I assume you have gone down the Rock Lobster route, Then you can contact a nice guy called Rockwatt on this forum and he can supply a 27 tooth speedo ring that will go on the rear output flange on the SJ box. The jimny transfer case has a 25 tooth speedo ring.

cheers for the coments guys.

i think it still has standard t box, when i bought it it has 31"s on it with 3" lift and 2" body lift... the 31's where massive so i have downsized to 30s.. only doing a bit of green laning really, if it breaks then may build up a rocklobster for it, will see how it goes..

i was just wanting to sort the speedo out for road use.. could put stickers on the dash but id rather do it properly!
thats why i wanted to know if the adaptor on ebay would work the same as the jaycar one and i can just wire it inline to speedo and adjust!

cheers
Tom

I'm running 30's and 31" on mine and I use a speedohealer.

Fantastic bit of kit. Easy to install and does what it's supposed to do.
They even have a android app for your smartphone that guides you through the setup process, although it isn't overly complicated and can be easily done without it.
