had a question from a customer, basically if the Auto air hubs started to play up and fail, on the newer jimny, would the push button transferbox still go into 4wd? or would it stay in 2WD? and give a 4wd light flash?

Ive not got my hands on a newer jimny to give it a once over, cheers guys

Ive got an 07plate jimny and if it cant engage 4wd for any reason i.e driving too fast(over 60mph) the 4wd light flashes on the dash and makes 3 beep sound(same sound as when key in ignition with door open). when this happens it DOESNT engage 4wd but try it again as it may just be out of alignment or something. not had any problems with mine going into or out of 4wd as yet though....hope this helps in any sort of way
