test the wiring at the motor you should have 1 earth 1 ignition live feed 1 intermitant live when switched to intermitant and a live when switching from speed 1 to 2 if you have all of this its probs the motor or a relay

Cheers mate, it was a broken wire at the motor, god knows how that has happened :S
