Hi ooky

I found they are quite easy to do, but requires some tools and is a very messy job.... loads of grease everywhere.
You can find a manual in the Here .. Number 4 on the list :)

You will need a puller at least a 1 E10 socket...

Cheers ... Might have a shopping list for Martin next month ... Need to get a cir-clip pliers and a puller.

Lucky Im swapping the Vacuum Hubs for Manual Hubs as Ill be swapping from E10 to Internal Socket / Allen.

Im back in the UK for a week I think in September, so Will have a crack at them
