Quick update, the dealer was very open to the idea of this being an issue. He's going to take it out for a drive and then get the workshop to take a look. I'll let you all know the outcome here... Thanks again!

Update for anyone interested. The dealer never actually checked to confirm there was a problem. But they did take my word for it, took the door off and then re assembled. We picked it up today and the problem has definitely been sorted, it's a night and day difference.
