Think I found the valve looks like it’s bolted on to the front of the throttle housing witwith 2 screws anyone no if that is it

I think so! 4 screws, 2 pipes on the front of the throttle body. Remember to clean out the throttle body paying attention to the edges of the butterfy if the IAC is full of muck.
I'd recommend brake fluid to clean it as it is aggressive enough to dissolve petrol and oil varnishing but doesnt damage plastic or rubber seals. Its cheap and you can rinse it out with water too!
