Remote locking wiring question was created by Jimnysuz
Hi,
New to the forum and hoping someone can help.
I am fitting remote locking to it, I did originally fit a solonoid system but nothing but trouble. Now got one to wire in but completely confused and can’t find the answer despite loads of trawling.
I have got the stereo out and accessed the remote locking controller I’ve attached a photo of the wires but now unsure how and what to connect to which can anybody help.
I have instructions just need to know which wire is which on the car.

That looks complicated! I wanted remote central locking on mine, so bought a £15 alarm on ebay that also does central locking and winds the windows up.. It was very easy to connect to the central locking by taping into the wires that go through to the door, and job done... And im sorry as i know this is of no help to you but hopefully one of the very many knowledgeable people on here might be able to post something a little more useful than me.

That sounds like what this is just without the alarm. Just need to know where to tap all the wires too.

I took the door panel off to see what coloured wires went to the door lock, then connected my remote locking device to two of the wires just before they went into the door.. think it was just two required..
Im impressed youve got as far as you have...
