Most up grade parts are just modified versions of original bits so most garages will be able to fit the bits if you supply them.

The biggest problem will be rusty fixings or sheared ones but much of that is easily overcome in a professional workshop. There are 2 ways of looking at it either go out and earn the money to pay someone to do it for you, or learn how to do it, buy all the necessary tools to do it and spend an age doing a simple job. Its a matter of time vs money. I have time so i do it myself if i had more money i might not be as inclined.

Very easy. Will only take about an hour with a ramp and all the tools to hand.
