evening Jim jammers

Ive just bought a Stoplock steering lock from B&M Stores, they are usually around £50 but they are doing them for £10 currently. it seems to fit the Jimny well and adds a bit of an extra deterrent.

As a former defender owner I came to the Jimny with a very overdeveloped view of vehicle security and from that i would say that a stoploc is only worthwhile as part of a layered approach and should not be considered as adequate in isolation. At a tenner though it has to be worth a look.

Every little helps! I remove my MSA cut off switch if parked up for extended time. Wont stop a pro but will confuse the local teenagers. :)

Stoplocks are too weedy. The better version of steering lock if you don't want to use a disklok is a 4tress. 4tress is good for short stay car parks. In a long stay car park it has to be a disklok
