Possibility to shift directly from 2WD-H to 4WD-L and vice versa

According to Suzuki's user manuals, it appears that Jimnys with electric (push-button) transfer box which are made after year 2008 (factory type 7 and newer) have a modified 4WD controller.
According to user manual, this newer 4WD controller allows them to shift directly from 2WD to 4WD-L (without having to press 4WD-H first) and vice versa. The vehicle must still be stationary and I suppose that the clutch pedal must be pressed while doing so.
Can someone, who has a Jimny made in 2008 or later, check this?
I wonder if they modified this, what else might they have modified with those newer ones.

My 2011 does that. Vehicle stopped, clutch down, switch between 2hi and 4lo.
