Hi, I have the pleasure of a drive to Anglesey today, is that nutter still in charge of the speed cameras, brunstrom or something the one with the negative tolerance for anything approaching the posted limit and the predilection for a million unmarked speed traps every 6 feet? Or is he history and its now a nice place to go for a drive?
Obviously I will not be making a fool of myself on this trip especially as I am being accompanied by my old mum but i remember that north Wales had a very bad reputation for giving you points for being 1 mph over the limit going down hill being pushed by a force 10 gale at 3am with only you on the road and not a bend or junction in sight.

Don't know about Mr Brunstrom, but I'm in N. Wales every day , and it gives me great pleasure to report (not !!) that the place is still riddled with cameras, and that they are practically all LIVE.
Embarrassingly, I know this to my expense !!
Watch out in particular for the old trick of the camera in the back of a builder's van, or a horse box parked in a lay-by. Even saw one earlier this year mounted in a camper van....it's the 9" square orifice that gives them away...
I know what I'd like to do with their orifice. ...!!!!!
Cheers. Stuck to the limit and didn't see anything suspect. Otherwise the trip was a total waste of time, I'm getting increasingly sick of inaccurate ebay listings. 375 miles round trip to be insulted by a redneck. Exceptional use of a Sunday.

If I could generate electricity from how miffed you are.....how many days could I power my home?
It would be like the midnight sun! The man knew i was coming from Yorkshire and i know for a fact that as a yorkshireman the reputation for being shrewd and careful proceeds us so why show me a trailer with defective tyres, lights,bearings and brakes especially when on the phone so much had been made of being a dealer of trailers who would never have anything to do with a rough example. My big hairy arse!

Worst place is on the A55 at Colwyn Bay where it drops to a 50mph zone...
They use a tripod speed camera on the 'other' side of the bridges, so you can't see them at all (which I didn't think they were allowed to do) and they're clocking you from behind as you pass underneath...
