Suppliers include people "breaking for spares" on a regular basis, when purchasing spares members should ask a supplier what they contribute to the running of the forum particularly if contacted by a Private Message
Suppliers or Members who have contributed to the forum can be identifed by the logo.

As a complete novice, I changed both mine over a year ago, and are still in good running order now after heavy off-road use. There is a step-by-step instruction guide on this website (link above). Buying the parts and a load of tools to do the job still saved me a load of money compared to what the garage would have cost.

Thanks for the reply Venter but honestly l'am rubbishy with tools.
I have never even changed a spark plug on any of my cars...sad I know
