Abs sensor help was created by Solas
Got the Abs light on! Computer says no signal from left front sensor! Took wheel off and had a look, can't get sensor out as bolt rusted sold. Also can't see any brake in sensor wire! Do the sensors go wrong or could it be dirt? Any ideas guys?

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Could be dirt, well rust actually, stuck on the end, as there is a magnet inside.
Could be the sensor ring is broken, unlikely as it is a massive thing pressed on the hub.
Could be the sensor is too far from the ring because something is bent, or corrosion has twisted it in the mounting.
Could be in internal fracture in the cable where it flexes.
No cost option is to whip the hub off and clean the sensor in situ.
Both front sensors are joined to the same plug I bet they come as a pair

Thankyou you facade, going by the diagram I think mines must be damaged, from what I can see I don't see the pin sticking on the end of the sensor! Yes looks like they are in pairs! Anyone know what they cost?

Welcome to the world of car ownership
If it isn't high volume fast turnover stuff that unwaged Chinese prisoners can knock out in the Gulags you are stuck with suzuki, or the original manufacturer.
You absolutely sure yours is broken?
That metal bar won't jump off by itself, so if it is missing either the wheel bearing is shot, and the cog has wobbled into it, something has gone through the works to catch it, or it has been run too close to the cog.
You might get a second hand pair, or one and splice it into the original wires.

Have a look at eBay items 301939395192 and 181601107111.
For the money, I'd get one and see if it looks the same, then splice it into the original wires, if it works, you save £250.
If it doesn't, the correct ones just cost you £12.50 more
