I don't think anyone on here had owing to the nature of the Jimny.

It's far more efficient and likely cost effective to do an engine swap.

That's because it is and it is absolute rubbish!

I read something not long ago about one of these being opened up for it to be found there was nothing in it that could assist anything in any way.

Gains on non turbo petrol engine are so small it's not worth it. If you want more power, a 1.6 conversion is the cheapest and most effective option.

Some of them can be remapped. The G13BB models are a bit hit and miss, if the processor has a black sticker on it then it can be reflashed. M13 ECUs are all flashable.

Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.
