My rear heated window doesn't work properly, the bottom 2 lines work great but the rest of the window just has random bits that work, any ideas?

You can get repair paint but it seems to get very mixed reviews - clicky .

If you don't fancy trying that I think it would need a new back window.

There's a technical term for this problem, but trying to remember what is. Oh yeah, the heating elements are fkd. Good luck. A right pain in the a...

You should try driving an O2 in this weather. With the wife's constant jabbering I'm sure the jack pan is totally rusted out with the condensation dripping down the back window like Niagara Falls!!!

Mine break on all my cars, its the naughty doggie.

"Be a Good Girl" I say, and 10 seconds later her diamond claws are chopping the lower elements into pieces as she puts her feet on the widow sill.

I keep looking on eBay for a back door local at the right money to take the glass out of, then I will have to truss the doggie up like a chicken

I tried the paint, it doesn't work, not even if you clean the element with a fibreglass pencil round the breaks.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)
