Jimneykey - had you thought of having the spline on your standard shaft recut so that it is longer, and then your locker would work. Or failing that take a passenger side shaft, shorten it and have a long spline cut into it? A good engineering shop should be able to do something like that.

had a look at the shaft and it goes a lot thicker were kam have put the extra set of splines the standard shaft is the same thicknes all over the shaft just have to wait until they bring some more out

This is no consolation to you jimnykey, but I also spoke with KAM on Thursday and they have just sent me out some Jimny KAM diff pans Fr&R, and are moving forward (albeit at snails pace) to get the Jimny lockers manufactured again. I did feedback that the lack of spare parts from a british company trading in its home country is VERY poor, KAM agreed and apologised, as thats not what they want.

Simply there are just more landrovers (getting stuck) than us, so thats at the top of their priority list. Its a bigger market!

I will say though that KAM have called me as promised every month or so for an update, and those on the ground like David@KAM are pushing for the Jimny stuff to be available as soon as they can.
