Hi all, I am aware that the standard recovery points which come on the jimny aren't man enough for serious recovery/towing, and so I would want to fit a ring/shackle of some sort somewhere in the rear and front of the vehicle. However it can't be fitted onto tow bars cos mine are circular, so can I attack one to the chassis or something?

Hi Ted, take a look on my Jimny page, Link in my signature below I made some home made recovery points that attach to the chassis. Offroad armoury also now offer a similar bolt on option for the front.

This looks great! However I am sure it's very expensive..? But also there is no bull hitch attachment on it
