Ive used reverse lights as indicators and side lights and brakes are where the blank and fog once lived. I may be up for the ora rear bumper as I have a kap bumper and the rear grp corner caps.

iv just got hold of some piller mount lights to work on somthing a bit diffeant ill let you know how it goes

I found it a pain in arse to be honest, but like gaz said an you will need to replace the reverse bulbs for orange ones, they are about £5 per bulb that size.

Ebay bulbs are 50p for led ones

Also the conversion is easy only took me an hour to do but you will need a fog light to attach elswhere too
