Good morning folks, ABS sensors,where can I buy them and are they simple to change? Any how do you know which one is faulty? Symptoms are ABS light coming on then going off? Any advice welcome

Could just be gunk on the sensor or cog
Try cleaning both and check the sensor hasnt got bent to far away from the cog

thanks iv done that and some how their is a dent in the front sensor, i ended up having to angle grind the bolts of as they were in some nik, where could i get replacement sensor cheapest please! :lol:

The only non dealer ones i have found are Euro car parts @ £229 each,they must be solid gold

This is proving not easy, spoke with a chap at suzuki, he said they are bad for the wires cracking not so much the sensor failing, has any one re wired them before? do you need a special reader for reading abs fault? as im aware by looking at service manual that ther is another plug for this,where can you buy a reader from?
