getting a wire through the bulkhead was created by little jimny
I need to get a wire through the bulkhead on the passenger side. Is there an easy and obvious way of doing this, or am I going to have to remove a load of internal trim and lift the carpets to do it?

Yep I used that route too, it's the bonnet release cable.

There is an ideal place in the passenger footwell. If you pull the mat back and look in the centre, towards the top you will see a wire going through towardds the centre console. Try get something in that grommet which will allow you to pull your wires through. I taped mine to the screwdrive in the image. It pops out near the brake lines to the left of the passenger wheelarch in the engine bay.

Dirtydogs, you would have been better with the fuse on the other side, as close to the battery as possible, if it does rub through here it's gonna melt.
