Does anyone know if anyone makes a model of a Jimny? Die cast or plastic. I know there are some super rare dealer editions for about £70. But that's stupid money for a toy. Anything more reasonable around?

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

I've been looking for a while.
There is a whitemetal model that was given out as a promo in 1998, they come up on eBay but sell for around £35-£40. Detail is good, and they look right
There is the set of 2 diecasts Jimny and lj80 that you see on eBay all the time, but they don't look much like the subject to me.
As darthloachie says, Tamiya do 2 but they are kiddie models with motors in.
