Time for another moan

This time it is Parcelforce and Parcel2go.
I bought a sewing machine but had to have it collected. I went through Parcel2go to get a selection of couriers. PF did a 24hr so I took it. Mind you I paid a bit more than Yodel or some of the others. First moan is it took two days even though the machine was at Coventry for over 24hrs. I could have gone to collect it from there - in fact I could have gone to collect it from the seller for what I paid PF.
But worse it arrived with the carry case well broken.
So here's the crack. PF said I had to get in touch with P2G. If you've ever tried to contact P2G you'll know it's a joke. Anyway I paid for PF to deliver not P2G.
Even worse, this has happened before. Some people never learn. :whistle:
