A friend got to use a (standard) Suzuki Carry 4x4 in New Zealand and said it was fantastic. I've always been envious- I'd love one. It had a 'diff lock' badge on the tailgate but I've never worked out if it was an axle diff lock (potentially Jimny compatible?) or perhaps they are just permanent 4x4 with a defender style centre diff lock.

That one looks like a mini Unimog!

The bull bar would be illegal in the EU for a start and I suspect the crash protection would not pass EU standards either??

It's an aftermarket bull bar, no different to the ones many on this forum have fitted. Crash protection would be no worse than other forward-control commercial vehicles we get here, like Cabstars.

I think Suzuki's marketing department is a bit soft to be honest. There is so much potential for small 4x4 commercial vehicles like this. Look at how popular UTVs (Kawasaki Mule, John Deere Gator etc) are now on farms and around the countryside. This sort of thing would be superior to them in so many ways.
