Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.
Look at the space around that that engine:
When I was a school, the Engineering Drawing teacher had a MK2 Lotus Cortina, lovely motor but always dripped oil.

Got to be one of the best looking engines ever made (if you can have that sort of thing) along with the 750 Guzzi V twin

The Lotus Twincam had 3 Camshafts, the original cam from the 1498cc ohv engine stayed as it operated the oilpump
Youd have thought they would of made a blank to run the oilpump, but far easier just to keep the ohv cam
